Donnafugata Anthilia
In deze wijn is de Catarratto de overheersende variëteit; de blend wordt aangevuld door andere autochtone en internationale variëteiten. De wijngaarden bevinden zich in zuidwestelijk Sicilië, op landgoed Contessa Entellina en aangrenzende gebieden. Meer informatie over de producent staat opDonnafugata. Donnafugata werkt volgens de principes van ecologisch duurzame wijnbouw. Dit is het geïntegreerde beheer van snoeien tot uitdunnen, de keuze van verschillende oogstmomenten en de nachtoogst (waardoor de druiven een frisse stijl verkrijgen). Dit resulteert in gezonde en goed gerijpte druiven voor Anthilia, de klassieker van Donnafugata.
Smaak en wijn-spijs
Anthilia heeft een strogele kleur. De neus geeft een fris en fruitig boeket met tonen van wit vruchtvlees (appel) gecombineerd met geuren van wilde bloemen. In de mond vinden we de duidelijke fruitige toon opnieuw, opgefrist door aangename sappigheid. Het eindigt met een lange afdronk. Perfect in combinatie met licht gerookte of gebakken vis, schaaldieren, ansjovis en andere voorgerechten. Uitstekend met tonijn, Caesar salade en loempia’s. Gekoeld serveren op 9-11 ° C.
